Students learn math from a spiral approach, which emphasizes incremental development of new material and continuous review of previously taught concepts, reinforcing previously gained knowledge throughout the year. Students will cover 4-5 lessons each week in class, and complete practice sets throughout the week.
Textbooks will be provided on LOAN. Students may not write in textbooks and must return book at the end of the school year.
Homework: Rigorous. Students will have daily practice assignments to complete throught the week, but parents retain the flexibility to adjust the workload appropriately.
