STUDENTS MAY RE-ENROLL IN THIS CLASS FOR UP TO 2 YEARS TO CONTINUE DEVELOPING SKILLS WITHOUT REPEATING PROJECTS.
Experience a cross-cultural artistic adventure! In this class, students will explore geography and art, discovering fascinating cultural facts about countries around the globe and creating art in the styles of many countries. Each session will feature art projects inspired by the distinctive art styles of different regions. From crafting Maracas in the style of Latin America to creating Windsocks inspired by Japan and exploring Woven art from Aboriginal Australia, participants will immerse themselves in a diverse range of artistic traditions. Join us for an enriching and creative journey where global awareness meets hands-on artistry.
Recommended for students who are confident with fine motor skills and able to follow guided art processes.
