Designed for students who are ready to participate in high energy sports and exercises.
This class combines CrossFit-style training and sports skills development to build strength, endurance, and athletic ability. Students will learn proper form, conditioning techniques, and teamwork through a variety of sports and functional fitness exercises. The class will also focus on personal goal setting, encouraging students to pursue both physical, mental, and spiritual health from a Christian perspective. Scripture-based daily themes will guide students in developing lifelong habits for healthy living.
