STUDENTS MAY RE-ENROLL IN THIS CLASS FOR UP TO 2 YEARS TO CONTINUE DEVELOPING SKILLS WITHOUT REPEATING ASSIGNED READING OR PROJECTS.
This course offers a rich blend of literature and writing, with some supplemental grammar, vocabulary, and even some basic elements of public speaking. Textbook: None. Parents are responsible for aquiring some assigned literature in the format of their choosing. (Print, digital, or audiobook format are all acceptable! Choose the format that best fits your student's needs).
Homework: Moderate. Assignments may include writing and/or hands-on projects. Weekly reading will also be assigned. Independent reading from print or digital format, parent read-aloud, or audiobooks are all great ways to experience assigned reading.
